特斯拉（NASDAQ: TSLA）将于北京时间6月14日凌晨4:30举行股东大会，股东将就首席执行官埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）的560亿美元薪酬方案以及将公司注册地迁至得克萨斯州进行表决。据悉，这两项提案将获得股东高票通过。
马斯克于6月12日在社交媒体上表示，这两项提案均得到了股东的鼎力支持，初步投票结果显示股东将以高票通过提案。
此前，由于股东的一系列诉讼和投诉，特斯拉现注册地特拉华州的法官于今年早些时候否决了马斯克的560亿美元薪酬方案。
特斯拉的一些大股东已表明各自立场。挪威央行、北欧联合银行（Nordea Asset）和两间加州养老金管理机构表示反对该方案，而特斯拉投资者Baron Capital、卡西·伍德的方舟投资和佛罗里达州行政委员会则表示支持该决议。
Barclays的分析师在最近的报告中指出，考虑到马斯克近年来带领特斯拉市值达到1万亿美元，若未能批准其薪酬方案，将对特斯拉构成重大下行风险。Wedbush的分析师也提到了类似观点，认为围绕薪酬方案的争论对特斯拉不利。
一旦该薪酬方案获得批准，马斯克将获得近560亿美元的股票期权。尽管由于近期特斯拉股价下跌，该方案价值仍然接近450亿美元。
