FxPro汇评：美国制造业跃升，消费者态度谨慎
美国 5 月份零售额环比增长 0.1%，低于预期的增长 0.3%，而一个月前下降了 0.2%。销售总额比去年同期增长 2.5%，落后于同期 3.3% 的通胀率。换言之，实际消费有所下降。乍一看，这令人惊讶，因为工资年增长率为 4.0%，就业率也在稳步增长。然而，如果再加上信用卡债务还本付息成本的飙升，以及以历史标准来看极低的储蓄率，情况看似开始好转。
FxPro高级分析师Alex Kuptsikevich指出：我们不认为消费会像在金融危机时期那样下降，但在金融危机之前的明显放缓可能会出现。
与此同时，5月份美国经济0.9%的增长抑制了对美国经济的悲观看法。这是预期的两倍多。工业生产指数升至2022年10月以来的最高水平，仅比2018年9月达到的历史峰值低0.8%。
总之，周二的一系列统计数据表明，消费者正在向储蓄模式转变，但制造业的强劲增长也驳斥了最悲观的经济衰退预期。这一系列数据有利于延长当前的利率水平，但对鹰派和鸽派来说都没有好处。
