CFTC: USD KEHILANGAN DI SELURUH DEWAN – RABOBANK
Posisi net buy Dolar AS (USD) merosot lebih jauh untuk minggu ketiga berturut-turut. Posisi Euro (EUR) kembali ke posisi positif, didorong oleh penurunan posisi short. Posisi net buy Pound Sterling (GBP) telah melonjak untuk minggu kedua, kata ahli strategi FX Rabobank Jane Foley dan Molly Schwartz.
GBP menguat untuk minggu kedua
“Posisi net long USD merosot lebih jauh untuk minggu ketiga berturut-turut, karena posisi long dan short turun. Pelemahan data ekonomi AS terus berlanjut, sehingga memperkuat prospek penurunan suku bunga The Fed pada bulan September. Meskipun demikian, upaya pembunuhan terhadap mantan Presiden Trump telah memperkuat USD di pasar spot karena peluang taruhan menunjukkan peningkatan peluang dia menduduki Gedung Putih."
“Posisi EUR kembali ke posisi positif, didorong oleh penurunan posisi short. Pasar merasa lega karena kelompok sayap kanan terdorong ke posisi ketiga pada putaran kedua pemilihan parlemen Prancis. Meskipun demikian, masih banyak ketidakpastian mengenai prospek anggaran Perancis. ECB diperkirakan akan mempertahankan suku bunga minggu ini."
