什么样的交易员才是合格的交易员
2020年就来社区了，观察了几年，整个社区几乎没有优秀的交易员，手表哥算是65分的交易员，歃血为盟算是80分的交易员，其他的没几个合格的。
手表哥的缺点是：一是不设置止损，二是偶尔情绪性追单、锁单，三是买进点不够坚固、过于激进。优点是：一有耐心等机会，二能拿单。综合评估65分水平。
歃血为盟的缺点是：一是加仓点不够严谨、不设止损，二是偶尔追单锁单，三是偶尔进场过于激进、不够严格、止损太大。优点是：一有耐心等机会，二能拿单，三有一半的单进场点相对安全。综合评估80分水平。
其他的都是小虾米，能持续三个月盈利的算20分交易员，能持续半年盈利的算30分交易员，能持续一年盈利的算50分交易员，能持续三年以上盈利的算60分交易员。
