中东俄乌冲突不确定性依旧存在，避险情绪攀升，降息周期逼近，央行降息增持黄金，需求增加，继续走强黄金4小时图宽幅区间内运行，上方两次探高承压，下方两次回测颈线也未失守，目前宽幅区间内有待突破，横盘整理蓄势当中，均线指标凌乱发散，短期暂时走不出单边行情。加上美元的强弱不定，使得短线续量不足。今日还是看震荡收尾。操作上结合小时形态卡点超短线应对，波动基数大，震荡行情中卡住进场点位，多空都有机会，支撑2408 2400 阻力2433 2441.
短线思路上继续看涨，回踩低多为主，日内关注2414附近支撑，围绕此位低多，今日时间是星期五，注意风险。
