USD/CAD merosot ke arah 1,3700 pada hari Selasa, jatuh kembali di bawah Exponential Moving Average (EMA) 50 hari di 1,3730. Pasangan ini telah jatuh lebih jauh dari level teknis 1,3750 karena tekanan meningkat pada Greenback, yang membawa CAD ke level tertinggi tiga minggu terhadap Dolar AS.
Teknis jangka panjang masih mendukung posisi panjang karena pasangan ini terus diperdagangkan di utara EMA 200 hari di 1,3630, tetapi momentum sisi atas tetap terbatas setelah penawar USD/CAD gagal mencapai puncak 1,3950 awal minggu lalu.
