Bộ trưởng Tài chính Nhật Bản Shunichi Suzuki cho biết hôm thứ Ba rằng “Tỷ giá hối đoái được xác định bởi nhiều yếu tố, không chỉ chính sách tiền tệ và chênh lệch lãi suất mà còn bởi rủi ro địa chính trị, tâm lý thị trường và nhiều yếu tố khác.”
