Israel melancarkan serangan udara terhadap sasaran di Lebanon selatan, menewaskan hampir 500 orang dalam salah satu hari pertempuran paling berdarah dalam hampir dua dekade dan memicu kekhawatiran akan konflik habis-habisan, menurut Bloomberg.
Kementerian Kesehatan Lebanon mengatakan bahwa Israel melancarkan serangan udara terluasnya terhadap Hizbullah, menewaskan sedikitnya 492 orang. Ini menandai hari kekerasan paling mematikan sejak perang saudara 1975-1990.
