EBC环球焦点|利比亚局势好转 油市积重难返
周四（9月26日）油价没有什么波动，美国燃料需求上升以及库存下降的迹象抵消了其他地区需求疲软，尤其是中国。
美国能源信息署称，截止9月20日当周，原油库存下降450万桶至近2年半新低，分析师原本预期下降140万桶。
由于利比亚的供应担忧有所缓解，油价上个交易日大跌逾2%。中国最新大规模刺激政策对于多头仍旧缺乏说服力。
利比亚东部和西部的代表就任命央行行长流程达成一致，这有助于解决该国原油收入控制方面的危机。
OPEC在最新报告中预测，全球能源需求从现在到2050年之前会增长24%，到2029年触及每日1.123亿桶。然而一些分析师对此乐观看法感到质疑。
预计OPEC+会在12月增加一些产量，目前数个成员国都未能达到减产协议要求。不仅如此，加拿大、美国和巴西等非OPEC+成员也在开足马力产油。
布伦特原油从72.5美元支撑附近反弹，接下来可能还在窄幅区间内震荡，再次上探74美元。考虑到价格远低于200日移动均线，整体趋势仍然看空。
