Harga emas terkoreksi tipis pada perdagangan Jumat (27/9) pagi. Pukul 07.11 WIB, harga emas untuk pengiriman Desember 2024 di Commodity Exchange ada di US$ 2.694,70 per ons troi, turun tipis 0,007% dari sehari sebelumnya yang ada di US$ 2.694,90 per ons troi.
Kemarin, emas menyentuh rekor baru karena investor mempertimbangkan jalur penurunan suku bunga The Fed, menjelang pidato Gubernur The Fed Jerome Powell dan rilis data inflasi.
Mengutip Bloomberg, investor mencari katalis makro baru di tengah kekhawatiran pertumbuhan ekonomi AS yang masih muncul.
Para pedagang juga akan menganalisis pidato Powell yang akan disiarkan dalam konferensi Pasar treasury AS tahunan ke 10.
Beberapa pembuat kebijakan telah mengungkapkan bahwa mereka terbuka untuk melakukan pemangkasan suku bunga tambahan.
