ANG BEIRUT AY TUMAMA HABANG ANG ISRAEL AY NANGAKONG NAPAKALAKAS NA TUGON SA IRAN
Sinabi ng mga opisyal ng Israel na ang Hezbollah ay naglunsad ng humigit-kumulang 230 projectiles mula sa Lebanon patungo sa teritoryo ng Israel noong Huwebes.
Nangako ang militar ng Israel na ipagpatuloy ang pag-target sa Hezbollah sa Beirut at southern Lebanon, pagkatapos ng mas maraming airstrike sa kabisera noong Huwebes. Isang pag-atake sa downtown Beirut ang pumatay ng siyam na tao, na minarkahan ang unang welga ng Israel sa rehiyon mula noong 2006, ayon sa CNN.
