Yes, only when the invitee successfully earns the achievement unlock reward can the inviter receive the corresponding reward. If the invitee completes the achievement but does not earn the badge reward (due to no available quota), the inviter will not receive the reward.

Q4: How to settle rewards if there is a tie in the top three rankings?
