金价上周五从三周高位回落，收报2639.62美元/盎司，美国1月ISM制造业PMI数据强于市场预期，美债收益率走强，令金价承压。短线金价可以看作是突破后的回踩，目前2640可以看作一个关键支撑位，日内在企稳这一线基础上有望重新恢复上涨。
操作建议：回调2640——2635一线做多，目标看2650——2660——2670——2680附近
上方围绕2683——2686一线做空，目标看2670——2665附近
上周五油价再度强势上涨，因欧美天气转冷有望刺激石油需求，国际油价受到提振。目前油价在经历长时间低位震荡之后，已经形成了多头的破位走势。目前技术面多头走势相对强劲，接下来在没有利空消息的影响下，预计油价将继续保持上涨。
操作建议：回调回调73一线做多，目标看74——75——76附近
