反思昨天的亏损，找到问题解决问题
#创作者# #你在交易中自律吗# 今天虽然走势和自己系统判断的一样，开始住建一个顶点 ，进入到了震荡趋势，毕竟价位还是在我的均线之上，还是应该只做多，不去预测是顶部来做空，进入顶部影响了心态，操作违背了交易系统，亏损后心态崩溃了。操作开始随心而欲。晚上状态不佳就应空仓早休息，休息好后，在反思很多问题就看明白了。
