在交易里培育自控能力，交易自律需从多方面入手。
其一，要明确交易目标，清楚自己的需求，就如同航行有灯塔才不会迷失方向。交易规则与计划也需明确，入场、出场、止损止盈都设定好，严格遵循，莫要随意更改。这个浅显的道理大家都明白，可执行起来却极为困难，就拿止损来说，都知晓止损是生存的根本，然而当你频繁止损后，发觉自己的资金日益减少，就会对自己的交易方法和理念产生怀疑，自然而然便会放弃！
其二，进行交易复盘，建立一个交易日志，将交易的细节都记录下来，回头加以分析总结，能够发现自己容易违规之处。
其三，情绪管控也很重要，贪婪、恐惧等情绪会影响决策。真正成功的交易者最终交易的就是心态。
其四，设定目标与奖励机制，达成目标就犒劳自己。并且要养成良好的习惯，规律作息、充足睡眠、适度运动，定期学习研究市场。模拟交易练习也不可或缺，最后要自我约束监督，违反规则就反省。
