伦敦加密交易所CEX.IO获得直布罗陀金融服务委员会初步授权
近日，直布罗陀金融服务委员会（GFSC）做出了一项“原则性”授权，即允许英国加密交易所CEX.IO成为分布式账本技术（DLT）供应商。
在作出此项授权前，CEX.IO与其他几家申请授权的英国交易所完成了直布罗陀监管测试，其中包括LMAX Digital.
“原则性”授权是完全授权过程的第一阶段，申请人需要满足GFSC的一项或多项要求才能获得最终许可。
CEX.IO表示将继续与GFSC合作，努力获得完整的区块链供应商许可，该公司希望成为所有经营地区的受监管供应商。
GFSC要求持牌公司证明其拥有足够的资产，完善的信息技术系统和控制措施，以遵守反洗钱和恐怖主义融资规则。GFSC此次发布的原则性授权表明申请人遵守该国区块链法规中的九项监管原则。
CEX.io成立于2013年，定位为一个自我监管的交易场所，并被授权经营货币服务业务（MSB）。该交易所一开始是一个云挖掘平台。
