均线周期：5、10、21、89、144
均线法则：利用短期均线和长期均线的特性进行优势互补。
具体操作：
一、5日和10日均线作为判断具体的进场和出场点，结合21日均线弥补均线的排列组合。
二、89日和144日均线作为价格长期趋势的判断。
三、暖色带：89日均线在144日均线之上。
四、冷色带：144日均线在89日均线之上。
五、无色带：介于89日和144均线中间。
