韩国最大电信公司将在釜山推出区块链货币
据韩国《东亚日报》消息，韩国最大电信公司KT宣布将在釜山推出一种基于区块链的本地货币，并将于12月30日上线。
这款名为“Dongbaekjeon”的货币由釜山市发行，是一种基于区块链的卡式货币，旨在振兴釜山当地经济，减轻小企业的管理负担。
获取这种货币的途径有多种，包括移动应用程序、韩亚银行和釜山银行。
消费者可以在釜山任何一家装有信用卡终端的商店使用这种货币，不过为了鼓励人们在当地小企业消费，大型零售商的系统可能不兼容。
今年2月，釜山政府与KT公司签署了一份开发区块链资产的协议。
KT区块链业务中心主任Yoo Yong-gyu表示：“基于我们运营地区货币和区块链证券的专业知识，KT将致力于开发Dongbaekjeon，为釜山经济增长做出贡献。”
