花旗银行谈低迷欧元
FX168财经报社（香港）讯 今年一开年，欧洲的经济形势其实不容乐观，和英国僵持不下的脱欧谈判，欧盟主要经济体增长乏力，甚至德国的2019年的增长率只有0.6%。近期，欧元又持续走低。欧元走低的原因，除了欧盟范围内普遍奉行的低利率政策以外，花旗银行的分析师周二（2月18日）还提出了以下5点因素。
“1，欧盟相比美国的硬性经济数据表现疲软；2，在新冠肺炎爆发后，中国和全球的经济增长放缓影响了中国和欧洲之间的供应链——即使疫情造成的恐慌情绪立即消失，短期内恢复供应链的可能性仍然不高；3，外国投资者（日本和欧洲）购买美国债券的操作没有在外汇市场进行对冲；4，一个不容乐观的技术图；5，德国和意大利的正在上升的政治风险。” 分析师说 。
“以上原因中，前4点都是相互关联，环环相扣的。如果新冠肺炎疫情尽快结束，这些不利因素有减缓的可能性。”分析师补充说。
