法国金融监管机构将11个加密及外汇公司列入黑名单
法国金融市场监管机构日前发布了一份新的投资网站清单，其中包括未授权在国内运营的投资网站，以及数字资产服务供应商（DASP）。
法国的双重监管结构包括金融市场监管机构（AMF）和金融监管机构解决方案（ACPR），监控不受监管的外汇及加密资产衍生品供应商。两家监管机构发布联合声明，将11家经纪商列入黑名单，这些公司未经授权在法国开展法定货币和加密货币投资业务。
