渣打：市场对于英国退欧过于悲观 英镑/美元年底可升至1.40
FX168财经报社（伦敦）讯 渣打银行的经济学家周五（7月3日）表示，市场对于英国和欧盟是否能够达成退欧协议过于悲观，英镑/美元将可在年底升至1.40，欧元/美元则将升至1.16。

我们认为市场对于“好结果”的可能性过于悲观，双方有可能达成协议或延长过渡期。
我们预测基于好的结果，英镑/美元年底可达1.40，欧元/美元目标值为1.16。
在坏结果——没能达成协议的结果下，我们认为英镑/美元和欧元/美元都将跌至1.10。

英国首相约翰逊日内就与欧盟达成贸易协议表示乐观。“我们需要一个好的协议，”他说道，“我们有好的协议可以达成。”
他也补充说：“如果我们不能，我们也有非常好的其他选择。”
然而本周双方的谈判并不顺利。欧盟首席英国退欧谈判官巴尼耶说，谈判几无进展。
同时德国总理默克尔也在日内表示，“我们要为英国无协议退欧做好每一步准备。”
市场反应
英镑目前承压于默克尔强调退欧协议可能无法达成的言论，英镑/美元下挫至1.2444这一日内低位。
