泛欧交易所获得丹麦FSA的批准以收购VP Securities
泛欧交易所（Euronext）日期宣布已获得丹麦金融监管局（FSA）的批准以全股收购VP Securities，交易金额暂未公开。
根据Euronext的声明，该交易所已经获得VP Securities现有股东的大力支持，截至今天，占总股本90.68％的股东已经接受了该交易所的要约。
Euronext的挂牌收购要约将一直开放至8月31日。已接受收购要约的VP Securities少数股东将在8月3日前后得到解决方案。
Euronext表示：“在8月31日之前，接受Euronext要约的任何其他股东和具有特定权利的股东都将在9月10日前后收到付款。”
一旦达成和解，Euronext将根据丹麦公司法的规定，启动强制性收购程序以收购剩余股份。
Euronext最近几个月一直在疯狂收购。据了解，该交易所集团旗下的Euronext Corporate Services前不久收购了两个Finish合规平台——Ticker Software和Sidonnaisuusrekisteri.fi。
去年，在与纳斯达克竞争后，Euronext收购了OsloBørsVPS。
