Singapore Non-Oil Exports Rise 0.5% In June
Non-oil domestic exports (NODX) in Singapore were up a seasonally adjusted 0.5 percent on month in June, Statistics Singapore said on Friday - coming in at SGD14.2 billion.
That follows the 4.6 percent decline in May.
On a yearly basis, NODX jumped 16.1 percent after sinking 4.6 percent in the previous month.
Total trade declined 6.6 percent on year in June, easing from the 25.0 percent contraction in the preceding month. Total exports fell 3.6 percent in June after the previous month's 23.9 percent decline. Total imports lost 9.9 percent in June following the 26.2 percent contraction in May.
