【交易商动态】USG联准国际董事会：ASIC监管不适合我们，把总部迁至伦敦
继澳大利亚证券投资委员会（ASIC）宣布暂停USG联准国际的AFS牌照后，据最新报道，USG联准国际董事会宣布，集团总部将从悉尼迁至伦敦。
USG联准国际董事会在声明中表示：“搬迁的原因是，USG联准国际的商业模式愈发不适合ASIC下日益严格的交易环境。不只USG联准国际一家经纪商无法适应，自2019年6月以来，已有10多家ASIC持牌经纪商转移到其他监管机构。”
董事会提醒客户，USG联准国际还有许多其他受监管实体可以进行交易服务，比如联准国际英国公司自2018年以来一直受FCA监管。USG联准国际表示，无论在澳大利亚受监管的情况如何，他们都将继续为客户提供个性化服务。
声明显示，USG联准国际还受到瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC）的监管，并且即将获得塞浦路斯证券交易委员会（CySEC）牌照。
董事会在声明中向全球客户保证，USG联准国际仍然可以在其他国家开展经纪商的服务。
