智通财经APP获悉，花旗目前将中国建材(03323)目标价上调至14.4港元。
花旗发表研究报告称，中国建材日前公布与附属公司天山水泥签订合作意向，公司计划向天山水泥出售多种水泥业务资产以推进公司的重组计划。该公司重组后，中国建材将继续做为天山水泥的控股股东；而本次合作意向的公布则意味着公司开始推进自2017年合并以来，被市场一直认为存在操作可能性的的资产重组计划。
花旗认为，由于目前天山水泥的估值溢价对中国建材未来六至十二个月的股价有正面作用，同时该资产重组计划将在未来六到十二个月内完成，预计公司估值将被重新评估，目前花旗上调中国建材目标价48%至14.4港元。
