【交易商动态】StoneX完成对嘉盛集团2.36亿美元的收购
StoneX集团（原名INTL FCStone）昨日宣布完成对上市经纪商嘉盛集团的收购。
在得到两家公司董事会的批准后，StoneX于今年2月底首次透露了收购意向。起初，嘉盛的多数股东都反对这笔交易，但最终以71%的同意票通过。
嘉盛在纽交所上市，为零售和机构交易者提供包括外汇、商品和全球股票在内的多种资产的交易服务。
嘉盛的CEO Glenn Stevens称：“通过此次合并，嘉盛的客户将受益于更丰富的产品、更多资源和更大的规模。反过来，StoneX将为其全球金融网络添加一个新的数字平台，从而扩展其向零售客户提供的产品以及期货业务。”
StoneX以全现金交易方式以每股6美元的价格收购了嘉盛，交易总规模为2.36亿美元。
StoneX的CEO Sean O’Connor表示，从财务和战略角度来看，此次收购是有益的，同时也加强了集团的智力资产。
根据嘉盛的季度财报，该集团2020年第二季度的净收入为1.01亿美元，低于上一季度的1.85亿美元，但仍比去年同期强劲。
