又一大国主动刺破楼市泡沫，没有了外汇，房子就是一堆砖头
这两天，突然发现财经媒体报道了印度的房地产情况，印度7大都市圈，就有58万个楼盘停工，有烂尾的潜质。甚至有人说，印度是继日本之后，又一个主动刺破了房地产的泡沫的国家。

前几年，印度的经济增长不错，作为金砖国家，印度在2018年之前都保持了7%以上的GDP增速，在主要经济体中名列第一。而且已经成为了全球第六的经济体。而跟随经济增长而来的，就是房地产的飙升，印度的大城市房价，比如孟买，已经直追我们的一线城市郊区了。而印度的人均GDP只有我们的三分之一，其房地产泡沫程度可见一斑。
而这一切，在2018年迎来了拐点。美联储在2015年末开始加息周期，给新兴市场的货币带来了很大的压力，而在2018年美联储加快了加息的节奏，全年加息了4次，很多新兴市场的汇率都开始暴跌，其中最著名的当然是土耳其，而印度的卢比同样是受到了冲击，开启了一波贬值之旅。
