北京将制定居民参与垃圾分类积分换实物奖励办法
11月3日下午，北京市城市管理委组织召开《北京市生活垃圾管理条例》实施半年新闻发布会，市城市管理委、市城管执法局、市委社会工委市民政局发布《条例》实施进展情况。记者了解到，本市将研究制定居民参与垃圾分类积分换实物等奖励办法，对不分类、乱投放，经多次劝阻不改正的，研究制定社区曝光、上黑名单等措施。
北京市委社会工委委员、市民政局副局长赵济贵表示，全市持续开展“垃圾分类桶前值守行动”志愿服务，已发布项目9600余个，招募志愿者26万余人，服务时长386万余小时。
近期，全市要评选出一批垃圾分类示范小区，对亮点特色及经验做法进行推广。收集汇总社区垃圾分类减量“小妙招”，在全市推广。
