经济日报：直播带货应明确各方责任

近日，中国消费者协会发布的《“双11”消费维权舆情分析报告》称，有消费者在李佳琦直播间消费后，产品出现质量问题，联系李佳琦团队后“让我退货不让我换”。李佳琦团队在微博回应该事件称：厂商因为当时货品已售完无法换货，因而退款，直播间一直与品牌方积极协调做好售后工作。如果对目前的售后解决方案仍有意见，会负责到底。
【短评】 按照我国《消费者权益保护法》等法律规定，“7天无理由退换货”是经营者的一项法定义务。面对消费者的换货要求，商家、平台、主播等应协助消费者解决，必要时则需相关部门通过法律手段，切实维护消费者权益。此事也说明，直播带货需进一步明确商家、平台、主播各方之间的责任，不能遇到售后问题相互推诿，没有人真正负责。只有明确各方责任，才能倒逼各方规范自身行为，从而保障消费者权益，促进直播带货良性健康发展。
