日前，塞舌尔金融服务管理局（FSA）在其官网发布一警示通知，提请投资者注意分别于2020年11月10日和2020年11月25日发布的两个标题为“ FSAseychelles Decision ”的文件，其左上角带有FSA徽标。
该文件主要阐述，FSA决定根据程序储备金为两家授权投资公司提供退款，这两家公司分别为Alpha Capital（相关网站：www.alphacapital.capital及www.global-fx.com）和Zurich Trade Finco LTD（相关网站：www.zurichtradefinco.com）。
FSA在此希望通知投资者和公众该文件不是真实的。这些文件不是FSA制作的，而是提供虚假信息。这些文件参考引用《2007年投资服务和活动及受监管市场法》，但与规范此类实体的现行法律相抵触。
此外，上述两家公司均未获得FSA的许可或受FSA监管。FSA将呼吁投资者和公众在与这些实体打交道时要格外谨慎。
