MFSA提醒马耳他和国外的公众，Procryptotradings不是马耳他注册的公司，也没有获得马耳他金融管理局的许可或授权，不能提供任何外汇交易服务或其他金融服务，根据马耳他法律，这些服务需要获得许可或授权。
MFSA提醒金融服务的消费者不要进行任何金融服务交易，除非他们确定与之进行交易的实体已获得MFSA或其他知名金融服务监管机构的授权提供此类服务。对于那些通过电话或社交媒体等非常规渠道进行推销的金融服务提供商，投资者也应格外谨慎。
