SEC正式审查SkyBridge和富达比特币
向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交的文件显示，美国监管机构正在启动对两家比特币交易所交易基金（ETF）申请的审查。
近期针对Anthony Scaramucci的SkyBridge Capital和Fidelity Investments的Wise Origin Bitcoin Trust的文件正式开始了ETF出价的审查。 SkyBridge的产品将在纽约证券交易所交易； Wise Origin's将在Cboe的BZX Exchange上交易。
还有大约10项仍在申请中。
SEC将在45天之内对各个申请做出初步决定，除非延长期限，上限为240天。
官方审查的其他比特币ETF分别来自VanEck，Kryptoin，WisdomTree和Valkyrie。
美国监管机构反对批准投资工具，该工具将使未持有比特币的散户进入比特币市场。
