WSKT Meraih Rp 3,5 Triliun dari Divestasi Jalan Tol

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Divestasi aset PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) terus berlanjut. Rabu (30/6), anak usaha WSKT, PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) melepas dua ruas tol miliknya.
Pertama, Waskita Toll Road menandatangani perjanjian divestasi 20% saham di ruas Tol Semarang - Batang kepada RDPT SAM-JT. WTR tadinya memiliki saham 40% pada ruas PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB), yaitu Badan Usaha Jalan Tol pemilik konsesi tol Semarang - Batang.
