Bawaslu Tolak Gugatan Prima terhadap KPU Terkait Verifikasi Peserta Pemilu
Upaya hukum Partai Rakyat Adil Makmur (Prima) atas Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) RI kali ini kandas. Prima kembali menggugat sengketa KPU ke Bawaslu karena dinyatakan tak memenuhi syarat verifikasi faktual calon peserta Pemilu 2024.
Gugatan sengketa yang mereka layangkan sebelum Lebaran dinyatakan tak bisa diterima oleh Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) RI.
"Prima memang tidak bisa diterima, karena (obyek sengketa) masih merupakan tindak lanjut dari putusan pelanggaran administrasi," ujar Koordinator Divisi Hukum dan Penyelesaian Sengketa Bawaslu RI Totok Hariyono, kepada Kompas.com, Selasa (9/5/2023).
