IDXChannel - Holding tambang batu bara dan real estate PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI) bakal menyebar saham hasil pembelian kembali atau treasuri kepada investor.

Saat ini KKGI memiliki 332.248.885 lembar saham treasuri. Sebanyak 179.876.685 lembar saham akan dibagi dengan nilai Rp422 per saham, atau total mencapai Rp75,90 miliar.

Mengutip prospektus, Rabu (15/11/2023), pembagian akan dilakukan secara proporsional. Sebesar 170.000.000 lembar untuk pemegang saham, sedangkan sisanya 9.876.685 akan dilepas melalui program saham untuk karyawan atau MSOP.

Rasio yang ditetapkan adalah 250:9, yang artinya, setiap pemegang 250 saham KKGI mendapat jatah 9 lembar saham.
