SLJ Global (SULI) Rampungkan Private Placement 327 Juta Saham untuk Konversi Utang
IDXChannel - PT SLJ Global Tbk (SULI) resmi menuntaskan private placement pada akhir Maret 2024. Sebanyak 327,18 juta saham diterbitkan pada 26 Maret 2024 yang menandai konversi utang dari kreditur menjadi saham.
Dalam keterangan di keterbukaan informasi, manajemen emiten pengolahan hasil hutan ini telah melaksanakan aksi korporasi dengan harga Rp150 per saham. Adapun harga nominal dipatok Rp100 per saham.
