Cetak Laba, Trans Power Marine (TPMA) Siram Dividen Rp45 per Saham
IDXChannel - Emiten pelayaran, PT Trans Power Marine Tbk (TPMA) akan membagikan dividen sebesar Rp45 per saham.
Keputusan pembagian dividen ini telah disepakati dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang digelar Jumat (26/4).
Tambah Modal, Transpower (TPMA) Rights Issue 1,13 Miliar SahamSecara total, perseroan membagikan dividen sebesar Rp196,67 miliar atau Rp75 per saham. Adapun, sebesar Rp30 per saham telah dibagikan sebagai dividen interim pada 5 Desember 2023 lalu.
“Perseroan telah mencatatkan pembagian dividen tunai tahunan sejak tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) di 2013, kecuali pada tahun finansial 2014 dan 2015,” kata Direktur TPMA, Rudi Sutiono dalam paparan publik di Jakarta pada Jumat (26/4/2024).
Trans Power (TPMA) Raup Laba Rp304,08 Miliar di 2023Selain itu, perseroan juga telah mendapat persetujuan untuk melakukan penambahan modal melalui penerbitan hak memesan efek terlebih dahulu seri I (PHMETD I) atau rights issue, sebanyak-banyaknya 1,13 miliar saham baru.
