Gandeng Aice, TGUK Incar Kontribusi Penjualan Produk Berbasis Es Krim Capai 40 Persen
IDXChannel – Perusahaan minuman kekinian PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK) dan produsen es krim, Aice, sepakat untuk melakukan investasi bersama (joint investment). Langkah ini guna memperluas pasar di Indonesia.
Kesepakatan ini tertuang dalam Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) yang ditandatangani oleh Direktur Utama Platinum Wahab Nusantara (TGUK) Maulana Hakim dan Head of Business Development Aice Jackson Wu pada Jumat (3/5/2024).
Teguk (TGUK) Kantongi Laba Rp4,16 Miliar dalam Sembilan Bulan, Anjlok 38 Persen Pendandatanganan MoU tersebut merupakan tindak lanjut kerja sama strategis yang terjalin antara kedua belah pihak sejak September 2023.
Dalam MoU disebutkan, Aice sepakat untuk ikut berinvestasi dalam pengembangan 'Mobile Esgrim' (Mogrim) dan 'Esgrim Island' yang sudah mulai digarap oleh TGUK sejak akhir 2023 lalu. Melalui Mogrim, TGUK menjual produk berbasis es krim menggunakan tricycle modern (hawker).
