IDXChannel - Pendiri PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD), Purnomo Prawiro tercatat melakukan transaksi pembelian saham perseroan dengan jumlah sebanyak 2,77 juta saham.
Transaksi pembelian ini dilaporkan Corporate Secretary BIRD, Jusuf Salman dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (22/5).
Pendiri Blue Bird Borong 2,77 Juta Saham BIRD, Rogoh Kocek Rp4 MiliarPurnomo Prawiro memborong saham BIRD total 2,77 juta saham atau 0,111 persen pada 15-22 Mei 2024 di kisaran harga Rp1.515-1.545 per saham.
"Tujuan transaksi adalah untuk investasi," kata Jusuf.
Rincian pembelian saham tersebut, yakni pada 15 Mei 2024, Purnomo Prawiro menyerok 963 ribu saham perseroan pada harga Rp1.545 per saham pada 15 Mei 2024.
