Bisi International (JECC) Sebar Dividen Rp240 Miliar, Intip Jadwalnya
IDXChannel - PT Bisi International Tbk (JECC) memutuskan pembagian dividen tunai Rp240 miliar untuk tahun buku 2023.
Pembagian dividen tersebut disepakati dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) yang digelar 27 Mei 2024. Nilai dividen per sahamnya Rp80.
Jumlah dividen yang disepakati tersebut setara 40,29% dari laba bersih tahun 2023. Berikut jadwal dividen JECC;
Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Reguler dan Negosiasi: 4 Juni dan 5 Juni 2024.
Cum dan Ex Dividen di Pasar Tunai: 6 Juni dan 7 Juni 2024.
Recording date: 6 Juni 2024
Pembayaran dividen tunai: 14 Juni 2024.
