中远海能(01138)：建议重选任永强及朱迈进为执行董事
中远海能(01138)发布公告，董事会建议重选以下人士为第十一届董事会的董事：(i)重选任永强及朱迈进为第十一届董事会的执行董事;(ii)重选王威及王松文为第十一届董事会的非执行董事;及(iii)重选黄伟德、李润生、赵劲松及王祖温为第十一届董事会的独立非执行董事。
监事会建议重选翁羿及杨磊为第十一届监事会的股东代表监事。周年股东大会选举产生的股东代表监事将与经公司职工民主选举产生的职工代表监事共同组成公司第十一届监事会。
