中天湖南集团(02433)拟折让16.9%配股最多净筹约1520万港元
中天湖南集团(02433)公布，于2024年6月7日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人按配售价每股配售股份0.162港元配售最多9600万股新股份，配售价较于2024年6月7日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股0.195港元折让16.9%。最多净筹约1520万港元，约90%将用于为新获授项目的前期开支提供资金，该项目涉及于中国江西省建设总楼面面积约70,000平方米的文化展览及非物质文化遗产传承中心，总合约金额超过人民币2.65亿元;及约10%将用作公司的一般营运资金。
