Yozua Makes Terpilih Jadi Calon Komisaris BEI, Intip Profilnya
IDXChannel - Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menetapkan Yozua Makes sebagai Calon Anggota Dewan Komisaris Terpilih PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2024-2028.
Yozua Makes saat ini merupakan Anggota Dewan Pengawas, serta Ketua Komite Etik Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) yang diangkat Presiden RI.
Yozua Makes Terpilih Jadi Calon Komisaris BEI, Intip ProfilnyaPeraih gelar Ph.D di Universitas Indonesia itu juga bergabung di Temasek Holdings sebagai Anggota Temasek Southeast Asia Advisory Panel (2023 sampai sekarang), Founder dan Chief Executive Officer di Plataran Indonesia sejak 2009, dan Founding dan Managing Partner di Makes & Partner Law Firm sejak 1993 hingga saat ini.
Yozua juga aktif sebagai anggota di organisasi atau perhimpunan, yakni sebagai Anggota Dewan Pakar Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI), Anggota Himpunan Konsultan Pasar Modal Terdaftar di Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (HKHPM), Anggota Dewan Pertimbangan Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia (KADIN), serta Anggota Dewan Penasihat Perhimpunan Hotel dan Restoran Indonesia (PHRI).
