港股异动 | 科伦博泰生物-B(06990)涨超4% ADC创新药SKB518用于晚期实体瘤获批临床试验
科伦博泰生物-B(06990)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.41%，报179.8港元，成交额1911.82万港元。
消息面上，科伦博泰生物公布，公司已于6月17日收到国家药监局药品审评中心批准公司开发的创新药物注射用SKB518新药临床试验申请的临床试验通知书。注射用SKB518是一款由公司针对靶点生物学特点，利用“OptiDCTM”平台技术研发的具有自主知识产权的创新抗体偶联药物，在临床前展现了良好的有效性和安全窗，拟用于治疗晚期实体瘤。
太平洋证券此前指出，公司拥有33个用于治疗肿瘤、自身免疫、炎症、代谢等重大疾病的创新项目；14个项目正在推进临床，多个临床试验为全球多中心；19项临床前阶段资产，为公司的发展打下坚实基础。
