港股异动 | 华晨中国(01114)现跌超4% 公司本次特别股息超预期 后续是否派特别息仍有分歧
华晨中国(01114)现跌超4%，截至发稿，跌3.98%，报8.21港元，成交额2.43亿港元。
摩通发表报告指出，公司继于今年上半年宣派特别息每股1.5元后，于上周五再度宣派特别息每股4.3元，如按上周五收市价计算，意味着收益率达60%，远高于该行及市场预期派发特别息每股1至1.5元水平。该行认为，华晨将继续从其合资华晨宝马的经常性投资收益派发特别息，预期未来两至三年间每年可进一步分派每股股息1至1.5元。
大和则发布研报称，截至2023年底，公司现金及银行余额总计308亿元，而两笔特别股息总计292亿港元，折合272亿元，意味着公司将支出大部分现金。因此，该行相信这将会是最后一笔特别股息。该行建议投资者在股市可能上升后考虑获利，相信此次股价升势为一次性。
