瑞士央行年内第二次降息，瑞郎应声走低
自3月成为首个降息的发达国家央行后，瑞士央行今日公布货币政策决议，宣布再次将基准利率下调25个基点，至1.25%。符合市场预期。
此前，瑞士央行官员曾经连续静默三周，令市场怀疑其动向，部分投资者猜测，考虑到通胀下行的进展停滞，瑞士央行可能会按兵不动。
不过，瑞士央行最终还是决定降息，该行在政策会议声明中表示：
与上一季度相比，潜在的通胀压力再次下降。
声明发布后，瑞郎下跌，兑欧元汇率下跌约 0.4%，兑美元汇率下跌 0.5%。
有媒体猜测，瑞士央行降息是因为考虑到在地缘政治危机的推动下，瑞郎一直在上涨，需要降息抑制瑞郎涨幅。本月，法国总统马克龙（Emmanuel Macron）呼吁法国举行临时大选，极右翼势力有可能获胜，这进一步推动了瑞郎的涨势，因为投资者将瑞郎视为安全资产。
相比瑞士，其他发达经济体对何时降息依然犹豫不决，挪威官员可能会将预期的宽松政策推迟到下半年；而挥之不去的通胀担忧也将使英国央行按兵不动；美联储在6月会议上反而削减了年内降息的预期；欧洲央行也强调，后续不会连续降息。
