IDXChannel - Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (RUPST) PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk (UNVR) sepakat menyederhanakan komposisi direksi perseroan. Tujuannya untuk memastikan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan efisien.
"Organisasi yang efisien akan mendorong kami untuk lebih tangkas dalam menanggapi tren konsumen dan kanal penjualan, sembari tetap menjaga akuntabilitas kuat dalam mencapai tujuan kami," kata Presiden Direktur Unilever Indonesia, Benjie Yap dalam keterangan resminya, Jakarta, Jumat (20/6).
