Emiten Farmasi Lokal Resmi Akuisisi Farmasi Australia
Jakarta - Emiten farmasi PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) resmi mengakuisisi saham perusahaan farmasi Australia yakni Probiotec Limited.

Emiten farmasi PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) resmi mengakuisisi saham perusahaan farmasi Australia yakni Probiotec Limited. Pyridam optimis dapat memperbaiki kinerja di tahun ini seiring langkah akuisisi saham perusahaan Australia tersebut.
Akuisisi PYFA ini belum memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada perusahaan dalam jangka pendek. Sebab Pyridam membutuhkan waktu untuk Kembali memperhitungkan keseluruhan target pendapatan, laba hingga capital expenditure atau belanja modal.
Pyridam Farma mengakuisisi 100% saham Probiotec Limited dengan nilai AU$ 252 juta. Perusahaan farmasi Australia ini bekerja sama dengan beberapa merek terkemuka yakni Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, iNova, Blackmores dan lainnya
