微创机器人-B(02252)：苏州畅行与天牛眼订立转让合同及融资租赁协议
微创机器人-B(02252)发布公告，于2024年6月25日，苏州畅行(为公司的附属公司)作为承租人与天牛眼作为出租人订立转让合同及融资租赁协议，苏州畅行同意向天牛眼出售样机，总代价为人民币6000万元，而天牛眼同意将样机以租赁代价人民币6600万元租回给苏州畅行，当中包括租金本金人民币6000万元及租赁利息人民币600万元，租期为三年。
据悉，样机为骨科手术导航定位系统及其他经选定硬组织手术导航定位系统样机共27台。
公告称，转让合同及融资租赁协议的条款及条件乃经订约方公平磋商后协定。董事(包括独立非执行董事)认为融资租赁的条款及其项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款订立，且并无以公司的资产作抵押，属公平合理，并符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
