Raih Pinjaman Rp125 Miliar, SAP Express (SAPX) Gadaikan Aset
IDXChannel - PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk atau SAP Express (SAPX) mengantongi fasilitas pinjaman revolving dengan total nilai sebesar Rp125 miliar dari PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI).
Dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (26/6), perseroan meraih pinjaman revolving 1 dan 2, masing-masing maksimal Rp50 miliar dan Rp75 miliar dari Bank Permata.
Harga Saham Sempat Naik Drastis, Ini Klarifikasi Manajemen SAPX "Fasilitas pinjaman revolving 1 dan 2 akan digunakan untuk pembiayaan modal kerja perseroan," ucap manajemen SAP Express.
Jangka waktu fasilitas kredit revolving 1 dan 2, yakni sama-sama 12 bulan sejak penandatanganan perjanjian kredit. Di mana penandatangan perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman ini dilakukan pada 25 Juni 2024.
